Intribe Società Benefit S.r.l. with registered office in Via Arcivescovo Calabiana 6, 20139 Milano - VAT n. IT09655990969 (the Data Controller) pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 is required to inform you about the processing of Your personal data collected while browsing the website www.intribetrend.com o www.digitalmatch.eu.
Below are the disclosures inherent to the:
a) processing of personal data collected from the "request a demo" form;
b) processing of personal data collected from the "request live demo" form;
c) processing of personal data collected from the following forms: "Retail Insight Club", “Product Insight Club”, “Consumer Insight Club”, and “HR insight club”.
Purposes and methods of processing
The following disclosures pertain to:
(a) the processing of personal data collected from the "request demo" form;
b) the processing of personal data collected from the "request live demo" form.
c) the processing of personal data collected by the "RETAIL INSIGHT CLUB of InTribe" registration form.
Personal data collected directly from the data subject from the object of the processing.
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of computerized tools, with methods aimed at preventing violations of the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the person concerned. The personal data are archived only for the strict time necessary in relation to the above-mentioned purposes.
Legal basis for processing
Pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679, Art. 6 par. 1 letter b) Your personal data are processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity, relevance and not excess, on the legal basis of necessity for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject or pursuant to Art.6 par.1 letter f) on the legal basis of legitimate interest.
Any processing not covered by the above will be conducted under Art.6 par.1 letter a) with the consent of the data subject.
In compliance with "Considerando 47”, Your personal data may also be used for direct marketing purposes.
Data under item (a) and (b) will be processed under Art. 6 par.1 letter b) of EU Reg. 2016/679 on the legal basis of fulfilling a contract or a pre-contractual measure; data under item (c) will be processed under Art.6 par.1 letter f) on the legal basis of legitimate interest.
Mandatory or optional nature of data provision
The provision of data is mandatory for data processing conducted in accordance with Article 6 letter b and f, in case of refusal (even partial) could lead to the unworkability or ineffectiveness of the requested service; on the other hand, personal data processed with a request for consent from the data subject are to be considered optional.
Scope of Communication and Data dissemination
All parties formally designated and authorized to process data, may be aware of Your personal data according to their respective authorization profiles.
In addition, your data may be communicated to the following categories of subjects:
- Internet service providers;
- HubSpot.
The personal data provided will not be disseminated and are not processed outside the European Union.
